As long as a patient has infertility benefits, even if CHR is NOT in their insurance provider network, the patient usually has out of network benefits. The patient's insurance will be able to reimburse some or all expenses. The reimbursements vary depending on the individual plan, as well as deductibles, coinsurance and co-payments.
CHR will provide the patient all necessary receipts. The reimbursement from insurance companies will go directly to the patient. Please contact us for further clarification.

Patients are expected, at minimum, to pay all applicable deductibles, co-payments, and any other non-covered patient portions at the time of service.

Most patient, however, take part in our Oocyte Donation and Egg Donation and Embryo Donation (Adoption) Programs. These programs are highly popular with international patients because of the large number of excellent oocyte donors CHR has available in both program locations. We cooperate with physicians all over the world in preparing patients for such cycles locally, so that their stay in the U.S. can be kept as short as possible. The same standard IVF cycles or IVF cycles that require Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD).
